Strength training 5-6 days a week for 45 minutes and walking 5-8 miles – cumulative throughout the day – 7 days a week. Same holds true for our mental on spiritual lives. Consistency is the key to any transformation. Good stuff!

Hi Laura, the time displayed on the registration page (https://members.visualux.link/p/small-habits-saturday) is in your local time. The browser automatically adjusts to your own time zone. Saturday, the training is 12PM Eastern Time.
