You don’t need to read another article about productivity. Instead, take a break” – I’ll try to not read another article :)

“When you take a break, you force yourself to take a few seconds to reevaluate. ” – It’s become clear that you can waste so much time, almost lying to yourself that that you’re working productively and effectively whether a set of tasks, assignments, etc so I think having that reflection and evaluation time is crucial. Thanks for the prompt, I’ll try it out with my assignments and study.

“That’s why the 5-minute breaks are equally important as the 30 minutes of work. Take your breaks seriously — see them as a reward.” – I’d been rewarding my self to a break say after completing a series of tasks and not having that break until the first section of tasks are complete but yet again, time based rewards do seem more optimal allowing for time of evaluation.

Thanks!
