Our craft’s Great Ones are retiring at the rate of 5 to only 1new guy coming in… And few of these youngsters wanna hear about commitment, basics or rewards of hard work… They want instant gratification.
The country is headin’ for hurt because of it. Won’t be nearly enough men to fix all the broken stuff! And then the consumers are gonna pay plenty for the Great Ones to come out…
