For me, this wasn’t all there is to it though. I also used to procrastinate on things I loved doing and felt passionate about. Things started to change when I became aware of my two old mates “fear of failure” and “fear of rejection”. they may have been well meaning but they sure weren’t helpful and with them out of the picture procrastination didn’t want to hang around anymore either :-)
