Rahul. I agree.

However, I believe Facebook and Instagram are different.

The distraction and the fake sugar coating of it all is too much for most anyone.

This may be brash, but I honestly think we were all better off without it.

It crosses a line when we are disregarding and disrespecting the REAL people in our lives when our glossed over faces are stuck up the numerous assess of others who truly have little if not anything to do with our lives.

Justina, Well said.

But it is just not youth anymore… it’s nearly everyone.

The newer smart phones are what made it WAY to easy and convenient. Not just with social media but the endless apps.

It was one thing to sit on a laptop for some time… get up… COMPLETELY divert your attention from it and enjoy your life.

But to have all that in your hand?

Way TOO easy to get hooked in!

For me I like being my own person and not following the herd. Doesnt seem like much is left to the natural imagination anymore. TMI.

This is something everybody needs to see I used to read more facebook posts then talk to my own children and then my daughter commiteed suicide and said I did not give her any attention. I deleted social media and switched to a flip phone my life is better without social media and I would very very very very strongly recommend deleting it if you are torn because I did not think I was addicted.
