So the guy gets to have his luggage right there above his seat, so he kinda wins. One of the points made in another article by this author was ‘don’t care about what people think of you because you will be dead one day so who cares’ – or something to that effect. So should the idiot care what people think of him and his bad behavior? He gets the best place for his luggage and he doesn’t care what people think of him so surely he is in a winning position here.

Something stops me from being that idiot. I am way too kind and I would have done the same thing as the author to save trouble but maybe I am not being assertive, challenging or communicating properly if I don’t stop this idiot from getting what he wants and doesn’t deserve. Dilemma :)
