But then again, now it seems that with the regular running you have improved your mood, stayed away from sulking or transferring your anger onto someone else. I personally feel at my best when I am running. I use the time to focus on my performance and thus put away the bad thoughts and any problems which are bothering me. It’s a matter of perspective I think. It’s more of a release than escape. Running can be meditative It’s more of a spiritual experience for some. It does wondrous things to the body and mind as well. I agree with you on the running bit, but I would say running every day is not so much of a good idea.

The feeling you get from running I totally understand, but you should replace that 2 or 3 time’s a wk with strength building exercises, & will still feel good, but in a different way.

We as humans need to do 3 things; cardio vascular, strength building exercises, stretches.

When you combine them you will feel perfect. I can say more, but don’t wish to bore you, keep up the good work.
