Great read, as always Darius! My favorite quote is this: “don’t get ‘education’ and ‘degrees’ mixed up. It’s education that matters; not degrees.” That is spot on. I have a degree and have been a hiring manager and simply do not understand the obsession with a piece of paper to prove your worth.

That aside, your point is great – degree issue aside, there is no better investment than your education.
